The client needed a way for prospective customers to build and configure the product with its multitude of options directly from their website in an easy-to-use interface. Since the client is multinational with locations and customers spread across the globe, the need to understand their customers and then find and assign the appropriate representative was critical. In addition, the client needed a content management system to support the multi-language and locales represented.

Rowboat Software worked with the client to build a product configurator representing more than a dozen products and hundreds of options. We honed in on the importance of the client’s global coverage and built a means for prospective customers to find subject matter experts by location and speciality. We built a custom content management system enabling the client to manage the content on their website, manage the multi language and location aspect, and manage ticketing across departments within the organization.
