The client needed an online solution that emphasized the client’s brand, enabled a way to schedule, deliver and demonstrate same-day service, and provided a positive experience. In addition, an online method for billing and service rating for field agents was desired.
Rowboat Software worked with the client to rejuvenate the brand by adding a new design, visuals, colors, and fonts. By establishing brand standards, we ensured the corporate image would be represented correctly and consistently throughout the website. Rowboat Software developed a responsive framework for the website and adaptation to mobile and tablet use which was important for field agents. In addition, we developed online billing for patronage convenience as well as a means to rate the field agents.
